How do I find the best time for a meeting across time zones?
Pick your time and time zone, add each participant's time zone, and the planner shows the local time for everyone plus a working-hours overlap bar. The greenest hours are when the most people are in their normal workday — start there.
How does the working-hours overlap work?
You set a workday window (9 to 5 by default). For each hour of your day, the planner checks how many participants fall inside their working hours and shades it accordingly. Hours where everyone is available are outlined in green.
Does this handle daylight saving time?
Yes. Conversions use your browser's built-in time zone database, which accounts for daylight saving time on the date you choose — so a meeting in March converts differently than one in July when regions shift.
