What counts as a seat?
Each active member of an organization is one seat. You can invite members for free — seats are only billed when you subscribe.
I work on my own — does the paid plan apply to me?
Yes. Prices on event types and travel-radius territories are organization features, so working solo means creating an organization and staying its only member. That is one seat. It also removes the free plan limit of one personal event type, and payments go to your own connected Stripe or PayPal account.
Can I try before I subscribe?
Yes. Every new account includes a 14-day free trial with all Pro features enabled. No credit card required to start.
What happens when my trial ends?
Org features (territory routing, team scheduling) are paused until you subscribe. Personal scheduling still works for free.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from the billing page and your subscription ends at the next billing date. No cancellation fees.
Do you offer annual billing?
Yes. Annual billing saves you 20% versus paying monthly. Choose Monthly or Annual when you subscribe from your billing page. For volume pricing, contact us at hello@cartoply.com.
What is the Dispatch add-on?
Dispatch is an optional add-on for field-service teams, billed per tech seat (the same per-seat price as core scheduling, ~20% off annually) on top of your plan. It adds recurring service plans and one-time jobs, drive-time route optimization with a review-and-commit map, separate tech territories with per-tech home bases, and two-step job completion tracking. An admin buys the number of tech licenses they need and can change them anytime.
