Why Cartoply exists
Before Cartoply, our founder Kyle Strouse worked at a residential remodeling company covering a large metro area with multiple techs and sales reps. The reps had a reasonable ask: run leads near where they lived. But there was no affordable way to assign leads by geography — the territory knowledge lived entirely in the receptionist's head.
That meant every single appointment had to be set by a staff member coordinating with a homeowner over the phone — something that could only happen during business hours. Homeowners who were busy at work all day got home to find the office closed. Those leads didn't reschedule; they called the next company on the list.
Cartoply is the tool that company needed: a booking page that works at 9pm on a Tuesday, knows which rep covers which ZIP code, and puts the appointment on the right calendar — with no receptionist in the loop.
Our mission
Home service companies lose leads to two preventable problems: scheduling that only happens when the office is open, and dispatch that sends the wrong tech to the wrong area. A customer in Dallas gets routed to a tech covering Fort Worth. The tech drives past three other jobs. The customer waits longer than they should.
Cartoply fixes both. Customers book themselves any time of day, and location-aware routing assigns each booking to the team member who covers that area — by ZIP code, county, city, or radius — so your team spends time on jobs, not on dispatch calls.
What we build
Cartoply combines a flexible scheduling platform with geographic territory management. Prospects share their location when booking. Cartoply cross-references your territory assignments and routes them to the correct rep — automatically, in real time.
Beyond routing, Cartoply handles availability syncing with Google Calendar and Outlook, payment collection before booking confirmation, custom intake questions, buffer times and scheduling limits, org-level event types, a native Jobber integration, and team analytics — everything a home service company with multiple techs in the field needs in one place.
