Territory-based scheduling

Every booking goes to the tech who covers that area. Automatically.

Draw your service territories once — by ZIP, county, city, radius, or freehand on a map. When a customer books, Cartoply matches their address to the covering tech and shows only that tech’s open times. No dispatcher in the middle, no drive-time surprises.

  • Customer enters their address → sees the right tech’s availability
  • Round-robin and fair rotation when several techs cover an area

Built for home service companies — HVAC, plumbing, roofing, solar, pest control, landscaping, and more.

Stop dispatching by hand

The map decides who owns each job the moment the customer books. Your team stops playing phone tag over who takes what, and jobs stop landing on whoever answered first.

Cut windshield time

Techs only get jobs inside their own area, so nobody drives across town past a closer colleague. Buffer rules protect drive time between appointments automatically.

Never miss an after-hours lead

Your booking link works at 9 PM on a Sunday. The customer picks a time, the right tech gets the job, calendars and reminders update — while you sleep.

How it works

  1. Map your territories

Add each tech and the area they cover — ZIPs, counties, a radius from home base, or a shape drawn on the map.

  2. Share one booking link

Put it on your website, ads, or invoices. Customers enter their address and pick from real availability.

  3. Jobs route themselves

Cartoply assigns the covering tech, syncs their calendar, and sends confirmations and reminders automatically.

Frequently asked questions

How is this different from Calendly or other schedulers?

Generic schedulers know when your team is free, but not where. Cartoply routes each booking by the customer’s location first, then availability — so the right tech gets the job, not just any free one.

What if two techs cover the same area?

Cartoply rotates bookings fairly among the techs covering that address who are free at the requested time — whoever was assigned least recently gets the next job.

What happens when nobody covers an address?

The customer sees no availability there — a clear signal to expand a territory or add a tech, instead of a job you can’t serve well.

Does it work with the tools we already use?

Yes — two-way Google and Outlook calendar sync, a native Jobber integration that creates the client and request automatically, Stripe/PayPal deposits, and Zapier for everything else.

Put your territory map to work

Set up your territories and share your booking link in under 15 minutes. Every job after that routes itself.
