For mobile pet groomers

A no-show costs you a van, a generator, and 40 minutes of driving.

Cartoply takes a deposit before the appointment is confirmed, asks the breed and coat questions that set the groom time, and keeps each van’s day inside one part of town — so an empty driveway stops being your biggest expense.

  • Deposits collected at booking through Stripe or PayPal
  • Intake asks breed, coat condition, matting, and temperament up front
  • Territory routing keeps each van in its own neighborhoods
  • Drive-time buffers between grooms so the day actually runs

Built for van-based grooming — solo rigs, multi-van fleets, one-time grooms, and standing every-six-weeks clients.

Get paid before you drive

Set a deposit on the booking form and the card is authorized when the slot is taken, then captured once the appointment is confirmed. If two people race for the same slot, the one who loses is never charged.

Price the groom before you meet the dog

Booking questions capture breed, weight, coat length, matting, last groom date, and whether the dog is nervous around clippers — including a photo upload. You block the right amount of time instead of discovering a pelted doodle at 8 a.m.

One van, one part of town

Draw each van’s area on the map by ZIP, city, or custom shape. Owners only see openings from the van that covers their address, so a single groom never pulls a rig across the metro.

Routed days on request (add-on)

The optional Dispatch add-on (priced per groomer seat) sequences a van’s day using real road drive times inside your work hours, buffers, and territories. It proposes the route for you to review, then commits it to the calendar — nothing dispatches without your sign-off.

How it works

  1. Set services and deposits

Create a groom type per size or package with its own duration, deposit amount, and intake questions.

  2. Draw each van’s territory

ZIPs, cities, a radius, or a shape you draw on the map. Outside it, no times are offered.

  3. Share the link and fill the day

Owners book, pay the deposit, and answer the coat questions. The right van gets the stop with every detail attached.

Frequently asked questions

Can I require a deposit before the appointment is confirmed?

Yes. Deposits run through Stripe or PayPal and are authorized when the slot is held, then captured when the booking confirms. Cancellations you approve can be refunded in full from the dashboard.

How do I stop last-minute cancellations from gutting a day?

Set a cancellation cutoff per service — say 48 hours. After that, the self-service cancel link stops working and the owner has to reach you directly, so you are not losing a paid-for slot at 7 a.m.

Can different dogs get different appointment lengths?

Yes. Every service has its own duration, so a doodle full groom and a shorthair bath-and-tidy do not take the same block. You can also cap how many grooms a van takes per day.

Can owners send photos of the dog’s coat?

Yes. A photo upload can be one of the intake questions, so you can see matting or coat condition before you quote the time.

Does it work with the calendar I already use?

Cartoply syncs live with Google Calendar and Outlook. Personal appointments on a groomer’s calendar block booking automatically, and every confirmed groom lands on it.
