The form asks what the quote depends on

Deposits stop the empty driveway
Take a deposit through Stripe or PayPal at booking. The card is authorized when the slot is held and captured on confirmation, so a customer who lost a slot race is never charged — and a customer who paid tends to have the car there.

Draw each detailer’s territory by ZIP, city, radius, or a shape on the map. Customers only see openings from someone who covers their address, so a day’s cars sit close together instead of scattered across an hour of driving.

How do I handle different prices for an SUV vs a sedan?
Create a service per package and size combination — each carries its own price and its own duration — or ask vehicle size as a required intake question and set durations by package. Either way, the slot length matches the work.
Can I take a deposit instead of full payment?
Yes. Set any deposit amount on the service and collect the rest however you normally do. Payments run through Stripe or PayPal and are authorized first, captured on confirmation, and refundable in full from the dashboard.
What about recurring maintenance washes?
Standing clients rebook from the same link on whatever cadence they want, and their slot is protected by your minimum-notice and cancellation-cutoff rules like any other appointment.
Can I keep a detailer from getting booked across the metro?
Yes. Territory routing assigns each booking to someone who covers that address, and drive-time buffers are enforced in both directions so the gap between two jobs is real, not theoretical.
