For junk removal companies
You sell truck volume. Make them show you the pile first.
Nobody can price a half-load over the phone. Cartoply requires a photo at booking, asks the access questions that decide how long the haul takes, and puts same-day openings in front of a customer who wants it gone today.
- Required photo upload so you can size the load before you roll
- Access questions: stairs, elevator, curbside, gated, parking
- Instant booking shows next available times for same-day demand
- Item types flag the disposal fees you need to charge
Built for haul-away work — single-item pickups, garage and estate cleanouts, construction debris, and property-manager accounts.
Price the pile, not a description
“Some stuff in the garage” has been a quarter load and a full truck. A required photo upload at booking turns the guess into a look, so the crew that shows up has the right truck and the right number of hands.
Access questions decide the clock
Third floor with no elevator is not the same job as a curbside couch. Ask about stairs, elevators, gated entry, parking, and whether the items are already outside — up to 10 questions per service — and set a duration that survives it.
Catch the same-day customer
Instant booking drops the calendar for a plain list of the next available times. Someone with a closing tomorrow or a dumpster they never ordered books in seconds, inside whatever minimum notice you set.
Right truck, right side of town
Territory routing sends each job to a truck that covers that address, drive-time buffers protect the gaps between hauls in both directions, and per-day caps keep a crew from being sold more loads than it can run.
How it works
Build a service per load size
Single item, quarter, half, full truck, cleanout — each with the duration and price it really takes.
Require the photo and the access details
Photo upload, item types, stairs, gate codes, parking. Set your minimum notice and daily cap.
Take same-day work without a dispatcher
Customers pick from live openings, pay a deposit if you want one, and the covering truck gets the job with the photos attached.
Frequently asked questions
Can I require a photo before someone can book?
Yes. A photo upload can be a required intake question on any service, so no booking is confirmed without an image of the load. Answers and photos travel with the job to the assigned crew.
How do I handle disposal fees for mattresses, tires, or appliances?
Ask item types as an intake question so those items are flagged before the truck rolls, and set the service price to match. Bookings that need a closer look can be set to require your approval before they are confirmed.
Can we take same-day jobs?
Yes. Instant booking shows the soonest openings as a simple next-available list, and your minimum-notice setting decides how close to now a customer can book.
Can I collect a deposit?
Yes, through Stripe or PayPal. The card is authorized when the slot is secured and captured once the job is confirmed, so a customer who loses a slot race is never charged. Full refunds are one click from the dashboard.
Can Cartoply plan the truck’s route for the day?
That is the optional Dispatch add-on, priced per crew seat. It sequences the day using real road drive times inside your work hours, buffers, and territories, then proposes the route on a map for you to review before it commits to the calendar.
