For house cleaning companies
Recurring clients are the business. The booking page is how you keep them.
A first clean that starts with a form asking beds, baths, and square footage becomes a standing Tuesday. Cartoply sizes the job before you quote it, keeps a crew’s houses in one zone, and protects the day you have already paid for.
- Intake sizes the job: beds, baths, square footage, pets, add-ons
- Standard, deep, and move-out each get their own duration
- Crew zones keep a day’s houses inside one area
- Cancellation cutoff you set protects a crew already on the clock
Built for residential cleaning — recurring weekly and biweekly clients, one-time deep cleans, and move-in / move-out turnovers.
Quote from real numbers, not a phone guess
Beds, baths, square footage, pets, floor types, and the add-ons they want are required fields — up to 10 questions per service, photo upload included. Nobody books a two-hour standard clean for a five-bedroom that has not been touched in a year.
Three services, three honest durations
Standard, deep, and move-out are different jobs, so they get different lengths, different questions, and different prices on your booking page. Your calendar stops lying to you about when the crew is free.
A crew’s day stays in one neighborhood
Draw each crew’s zone by ZIP, city, radius, or a shape on the map. Clients only see openings from a crew that covers their address, and fair round-robin gives the next job to whoever has waited longest for one.
Protect the day you already staffed
Clients cancel and reschedule themselves from an emailed link, but only up to the cutoff you set. After that, the crew you scheduled is the crew that gets paid — and the slot is not quietly evaporating at 6 a.m.
How it works
Set up your service types
Standard, deep, move-out — with the duration, price, and sizing questions each one really needs.
Draw the zones your crews run
Assign each crew its ZIPs or map area, then add the drive-time buffers between houses.
Turn first cleans into standing ones
Clients book from your link, get reminders, and rebook the same way. Every appointment syncs live to Google Calendar or Outlook.
Frequently asked questions
Can the booking form ask how big the house is?
Yes. Add up to 10 required intake questions per service — bedrooms, bathrooms, square footage, pets, floor types, add-ons like fridge or oven — plus a photo upload if you want to see the space before you commit a duration.
How do recurring clients rebook?
They book from the same link on whatever cadence they keep. Each appointment carries its own confirmation, reminder, and self-service cancel and reschedule links, so your office is not the middleman for a date change.
Can I stop same-day cancellations?
Set a cancellation cutoff per service — 24 or 48 hours is common. Past the cutoff, the self-service link stops working and the client has to contact you, which is what you want when a crew is already assigned.
Can I take a deposit or prepayment?
Yes, through Stripe or PayPal. Payments are authorized when the slot is held and captured on confirmation, so a client who loses a slot race is never charged. Full refunds are available from the dashboard.
What if two clients try to book the same crew at the same time?
Only one gets it. Cartoply locks the slot before it writes the booking, so double-bookings do not happen — and if a payment was involved, the authorization on the losing booking is released rather than charged.
